ValidMind AI Usage Policy
Thank you for using ValidMind. By proceeding, you acknowledge and agree that the following additional terms and conditions apply to your use of any AI features or functionality made available by ValidMind (the “AI Services”). This ValidMind AI Usage Policy (the “Policy”) supplements any existing agreement that you have in place with respect to your use of ValidMind’s products and services. In the event of a conflict between such agreement and this Policy, this Policy will control.
- Human Oversight: The AI Services may generate content that is factually incorrect, misleading, or inappropriate. You should critically evaluate all outputs and not rely solely on the AI Services for making decisions without human review. ValidMind is not responsible for any inaccuracies or unintended consequences arising from the use of the AI Services, and you should exercise human judgment with the outputs to help ensure more accurate and responsible outcomes.
- Data Submissions. You agree to only provide data to the AI Services for which you have the necessary rights, consents and permissions. You are responsible for ensuring that your submission of data to the AI Services does not violate any laws, regulations, industry standards, contractual obligations, or other policies by which you are bound.
- Activity Logging and Monitoring: All interactions with the AI Services are logged and monitored for quality assurance, security, and compliance purposes. You consent to such an audit trail by using the AI Services.
- Compliance and Responsible Use. You should ensure your use of the AI Services complies with all applicable laws, rules, regulations, standards, and guidelines, such as those related to intellectual property, data protection, privacy, and security, as well as adhering to requirements in countries or regions where the use of AI has been prohibited or otherwise limited. In addition, you should maintain transparency and provide adequate disclosure regarding the use of AI to any recipients of output provided by the AI Services. You agree to not use the AI Services in a manner that subjects ValidMind or otherwise causes ValidMind to violate any laws, regulations or other compliance obligations.
- Disclaimers. You are solely responsible for all subsequent use of any output provided by the AI Services. ValidMind fully disclaims and assumes no responsibility or liability for any harm, damage, or losses resulting from the AI Services.
- Violations. We reserve the right to suspend access to the AI Services any time if we determine, in good faith, that you have violated this Policy or if your use of the AI Services could cause harm or liability to ValidMind, our users, or anyone else.
