Technical Writer — Developer Content

As a technical writer at the intermediate to senior level, you will be responsible for crafting technical resources that help data scientists and model developers adopt our developer tools effectively. Your role includes authoring technical content, acting as a bridge between developers and our engineering, product, and design teams, and engaging with our technical user community to gather feedback and continuously improve the documentation. This position offers significant opportunities for growth and the chance to play a vital role in shaping the user experience for our developer audience.

Responsibilities

• Author technical content with special emphasis on developer documentation
• Create blog posts, tutorials, and sample code to educate developers
• Work closely in an interdisciplinary role alongside other teams and enable other content contributors
• Monitor and address user feedback and questions
• Become an expert user of our products and learn about our target audiences

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in a technical writing role for software products or equivalent experience in an adjacent field
• A background in data science, machine learning, MLOps, or GenAI
• Experience with APIs, SDKs, or developer libraries, with a proven ability to effectively document their usage for developer audiences
• At home with Python code and able to contribute code samples, preferably as part of Jupyter notebooks
• Proven ability to translate complex concepts into clear, concise documentation and video content tailored for very technical audiences
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with a portfolio or samples you can include with your application
• A passion for technology, startup life, and a love for learning

Nice-to-haves

• Interdisciplinary experience in an adjacent field, such as previous developer experience
• Experience creating video tutorials or participating in webinars for technical audiences
• Experience contributing to open-source projects or communities
• Prior experience with financial services or fintech
